Inside Archivora: A Week in the Studio
By Mara Ellison

People imagine studios as either chaos or choreography. Ours is neither: it is a set of small, deliberate habits that protect the hours where the actual work happens.

Monday and Tuesday mornings are meeting-free across the whole team. No standups, no check-ins. The calendar defends the craft.
Fridays are for the studio
